Melissa Ivey

Melissa has been riding horses for almost her whole life. She grew up going to camps, working at different barns, and working as a wrangler teaching riding at multiple camps. In college she expanded her skills by starting to competing in dressage and learning how to training yearlings. She completed her Bachelor's in Animal Science Equine Production at Oklahoma State University, which added book knowledge to her extensive experience. Melissa’s passion is equine therapy. She also has her Master's from Seminary.

Melissa is the proud mother of two beautiful girls. Being a mother has brought her immense joy and taught her more about herself and about others. She loves being able to raise her children around the horses and can’t wait to start teaching them to ride. Melissa loves spending time with her children more than anything else.

There’s no denying Melissa has a natural connection and special touch when it comes to teaching lessons and training horses. She has a passion for helping propel people into their full potential through the programs she has created and poured her heart into.  She thrives in being able to use her gifts and talents to help people through the ranch and it’s programs.
